Delyth supports menstrual dignity by coordinating the UK chapter of Days for Girls — a global movement delivering reusable menstrual health kits and education to women and girls around the world. Her work spans logistics, training, and advocacy, ensuring not only access to products, but also access to knowledge and confidence.

She has helped distribute hundreds of kits in communities with limited resources, including areas where women are on the front lines of humanitarian and de-mining work.
