Viktor Samoilenko

CEO & Founder, Aspichi | Scalable Mental Health Infrastructure | Immersive Care Platforms

Viktor Samoilenko is building the next generation of scalable mental health infrastructure.

As Founder and CEO of Aspichi, he leads the development of an immersive engagement and clinical support platform designed for institutional care environments. The system delivers short, guided mixed-reality sessions that help residents regulate emotions, improve engagement, and support wellbeing—while reducing the operational burden on caregivers and clinical staff. Rather than replacing therapists, Aspichi is built to extend their reach and integrate seamlessly into existing care workflows.

Viktor brings more than two decades of experience in technology leadership, beginning as a Java developer in 1999 and evolving into a seasoned entrepreneur and systems architect. Across finance, telecom, automotive, IoT, and healthcare, he has led the delivery of more than fifty complex technology projects, consistently turning difficult operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

Born and building in Ukraine, Viktor leads with resilience, discipline, and a long-term mindset shaped by real-world adversity. Under his leadership, Aspichi focuses on measurable impact rather than bold claims—prioritizing paying customers, predictable revenue, and trusted deployments in senior care and institutional recovery environments.

For Viktor, technology is not the headline. It is the infrastructure that makes better care possible—helping institutions support more people, enabling therapists and caregivers to work more effectively, and creating systems that strengthen psychological resilience at scale.
