Dora is a scientist, entrepreneur, and advocate using technology to transform healthcare. As Founder and CEO of Blazar, a Paris-based healthtech company, she leads the development of AI-driven biomedical solutions that bring precision, efficiency, and humanity to pathology, oncology, and translational research.

Her academic journey began at the University of Cambridge’s Gurdon Institute, where she earned her Ph.D. studying cell adhesion and migration. She went on to conduct pioneering cancer research at the Curie and Gustave Roussy Institutes before founding Blazar in 2019. Today, her work combines 3D modeling, machine learning, and translational science to accelerate innovation and real-world medical impact.

Beyond her company, Dora advises organizations on biomedical AI and research strategy, and actively champions diversity, equity, and inclusion in science and entrepreneurship — advocating for women founders and equitable access to healthcare innovation.
