Gabrielle Paquette

Reproductive & Women’s Health Researcher

Gabrielle Paquette is a women’s health researcher specialising in mixed-methods, clinical, and applied research across reproductive health, FemTech, and health systems. Her work centres on translating women’s lived experiences into rigorous evidence that can inform clinical practice, product design, and health policy.

She recently completed an MSc in Reproductive Science and Women’s Health at University College London. Her dissertation examined women’s experiences seeking treatment for heavy menstrual bleeding (HMB) within the NHS, engaging over 100 respondents and shaped through Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE). Findings from this research are now contributing to NICE-guided clinical trials, reflecting her commitment to patient-centred, impact-driven research.

Alongside academic research, Gabrielle has worked in applied FemTech and health innovation roles. At Syrona Health, she supported research translation, health education, and early-stage operations, leading national awareness webinars on PCOS and menopause, authoring policy-informed white papers, and contributing to ecosystem mapping across UK and European health tech. She also served as a Research Consultant at CensHERship, leading a mixed-methods study on systemic bias in financial services toward FemTech startups and translating findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Earlier in her career, Gabrielle worked as a Research Assistant and Lab Safety Officer at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, supporting molecular biology and metabolic research while leading lab safety and sustainability initiatives. Across all roles, she combines rigorous research design, ethical data collection, and collaborative practice to support equity-driven healthcare innovation.

What She Stands For:
