As Founder and CEO of Cirdia, she is creating privacy-first wellness wearables designed for midlife and beyond — built by and for women, and grounded in how people actually live.

Her work bridges product innovation, systems design, and data ethics. With a strong belief in data dignity and whole-life wellness, Mary focuses on technology that supports resilience, inclusion, and long-term health — without extraction or surveillance.

Alongside her company, Mary hosts the Terms of Service podcast, where she explores digital rights, infrastructure, and the human stakes of innovation through conversations with founders, technologists, and policy thinkers.
