Roi is an educator, mentor, author, and former founder whose work is shaped by lived experience inside broken systems — and a deep commitment to restoring human dignity within them.
After spending seven years bedridden with a misunderstood illness, Roi experienced firsthand what it means to be unseen, misdiagnosed, and dismissed by the very systems meant to help. That period didn’t turn him inward — it shaped him into a translator between worlds: between patients and leaders, suffering and strategy, humanity and systems design.
In the years that followed, Roi spoke in 27 countries, founded seven ventures, and wrote seven books. Over time, he recognised that constant performance was no longer aligned with his health or truth. Today, he has consciously chosen a different pace — one rooted in recovery, presence, and meaningful contribution.
Roi now focuses on teaching at universities, mentoring students and early-stage founders, and supporting leaders who want to build systems that don’t strip people of their dignity. His work is not about efficiency or motivation — it’s about humanity, responsibility, and systemic change informed by real lived insight.
